Employee representatives from each age group gathered to discuss what types of values will be the basis for engaging in their work, and in what types of business areas they will be engaging in for creating new value, in order for each and every person to feel happiness and for the continued growth of the team (group).

Eiichi Kawamoto, the founder of our company, paid careful attention to the specific needs of customers, and in order to respond to those needs, he put together the necessary information, knowledge and people, bringing out the best in everyone, while repeatedly going through trial and error. And in order to respond to customer needs, he did his best to persevered and created with his employee’s new technology, new manufacturing processes and new value.

We put together the specific activities to become “a company striving for a better tomorrow with the participation of all employees” and “a company that values the global environment and evolves along with society” that were raised in the management vision into 4 management strategies.

We raised 3 strategies of “Expanding business with a global point of view” “Pursuing products quality and the improvement and reformation of the environment using local resources” and “Developing next generation technology and new business” as business strategies, and in order to carry out these strategies, we believe that “Creating an enjoyable working atmosphere” is an indispensable element and raised it as one of the pillars of our management strategies.
