“Fukoku Value” was announced in December 24, 2017, after a year-long discussion among our colleagues. Fukoku Way is now complete along with “Corporate Philosophy”, “Management Vision” (adopted in 2013) and “Corporate Spirit” which represents the spirit of the entrepreneurship at the establishment of the company.
FUKOKU WAY is for everyone of us who constitutes the Fukoku Group. Our objective is to realize Corporate Spirit and achieve Management Vision as our own objectives, and we strive to achieve Management Vision by working together.
Now, in order to make Fukoku a “Hundred-year Company”, we need to proactively work towards the enhancement of our business fundamentals and the improvement of corporate culture. We continue to practice FUKOKU WAY through the business operations and all of it’s activities and FUKOKU WAY to become our belief in all of us as we inherit it over generations with pride.

Eiichi Kawamoto, the founder of our company, paid careful attention to the specific needs of customers, and in order to respond to those needs, he put together the necessary information, knowledge and people, bringing out the best in everyone, while repeatedly going through trial and error. And in order to respond to customer needs, he did his best to persevere and created new technologies, new manufacturing processes and new values with employees.
The rallying cry was ” Yes, We Do! “

Through the development of the business of the Fukoku Group, we have felt the importance in openly challenging ourselves and taking bold steps, the satisfaction of producing new technology, as well as the joy of contributing to the development of society by making things. We will continue to value in the future this spirit that has been passed down to each Fukoku employee across generations.

Employee representatives from each age group gathered to discuss what types of values will be the basis for engaging in their work, and in what types of business areas they will be engaging in for creating new value, in order for each and every person to feel happiness and for the continued growth of the team (group).

We raised 3 strategies of “Expanding business with a global point of view,” “Pursuing product quality and the improvement and reformation of the environment using genba-ryoku (local empowerment)” and “Developing next generation technologies and new businesses” as business strategies, and in order to carry out these strategies, we believe that “Creating an enjoyable working atmosphere” is an indispensable element and raised it as one of the pillars of our management strategies.
